## Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our MSME clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
## Responsibilities:
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction within the MSME sector.
2. Conduct research to identify new MSMEs and customer needs.
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective MSME clients.
4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to MSMEs.
## Requirements:
1. Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive in the financial sector with a focus on MSMEs.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Market knowledge in the MSME ecosystem.
5. Communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to build rapport with MSME clients.
